He is a Practicing Registered Valuer, in the Panel as Valuer for 24 Nationalized Banks, Civil Engineering Consultant, Project Management Consultant, and Arbitrator. He has completed B.E. from Mepco Schlenk Engineering College, Sivakasi in 1988. He has completed M.E. and M.B.A., He has completed P.G. Diploma in Valuation. He has completed On-line programme in Project Management from I.I.T, Delhi in the year 2005. He has completed M.Sc (Real Estate Valuation).Presently completed L.L.B., He is in almost all professional bodieselit. Mr.L.BALAJI formed a new company “GEOMATIQUES AERO TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD, for Digital mapping and UAV surveying and he is the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company, He is International Professional Engineer and Registered Valuers.Member of RICS London
